The Basic Monthly Maintenance Plan from Citation Ranch Solutions is built for ranch owners who want dependable, month-to-month care without the headache of managing labor or equipment. Starting at $850 per month, this plan delivers steady, professional service tailored to the size and needs of your property. Each month, we perform a complete service and inspection on one ATV, including fluids, filters, grease points, and tires. Parts and materials are billed separately, giving you transparency and control. You’ll also receive three hours of machine work, which can be used for road grading, brush clearing, shredding, dirt work, or pad shaping—whichever your ranch needs most at the time.
Fence and water system maintenance are also included. Our team inspects fence lines, troughs, floats, valves, pumps, and pressure systems, making minor repairs as needed and flagging major issues before they become costly problems.

The Silver Plan includes a full monthly service and inspection on two ATVs, ensuring your machine stays in dependable working condition. You also receive five hours of machine work, giving you expanded capacity for road grading, brush clearing, shredding, pad shaping, or general property improvements.
In addition to fence and water system maintenance, this plan provides more time for inspections and minor repairs. We also perform a property check and monthly report, verifying gates, structures, troughs, pumps, valves, and overall ranch condition.
